SIGNING IN THE WALDENBOOKS
Posted on The Huffington Post (summer 2010), and got over 30,000 hits in one weekend. It got reposted everywhere, and nearly a hundred people posted comments about it on the Huffington Post site alone. Many expressed their intention to read my books. The only reason this did not attract proportional numbers of readers to the series was at the time there were no mass market paperbacks available and on finding they could only get $25 hardcovers the reaction changed from, “I’m going to buy his books,” to, “Oh, nice video.” However, the video is still going strong and has passed 50,000 hits.

KING OF KINDLE
Posted on YouTube (fall, 2010) features music by Arlo Guthrie’s backup band, and cameos by dozens of writers, including Lawrence Block doing tai chi exercises, Lisa Scottolini dancing with me, S. J. Rozan playing basketball, Harlan Coben and John Gilstrap in a chorus line, and Mary Higgins Clark asking if she may be the Queen of Kindle. Must be seen to be believed.
